Homeowners are responsible for their own utilities, including electric, propane, and telephone/television/internet. Comcast and satellite tv are both available at CHMHP.
Cherry Hill Township has a rent control ordinance with a vacancy decontrol provision. When a home is sold, the new tenant pays the current rental fee. Any future increases in that tenant’s monthly rental fee then are subject to the Cherry Hill Township Rent Control Ordinance.
